Terms of Service

By using ANVIL you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
1. The service
ANVIL is a real-estate CRM in private alpha, operated by Raz Levy (“we”, “us”). Access is by invitation only during alpha.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older
- You must provide accurate information
- You’re responsible for your account credentials and any activity under your account
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use ANVIL for anything illegal
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service
- Upload content that infringes others’ rights or violates the law
- Use ANVIL to send spam or unsolicited messages
- Share your account credentials
4. Your content
You retain all rights to data you input into ANVIL (deals, contacts, emails, files, etc.). You grant us a limited license to process it as needed to provide the service (as described in the Privacy Policy).
5. AI-generated content
ANVIL uses AI to generate summaries, insights, pitches, and other content based on your data. AI output can be inaccurate. Review AI content before relying on it for financial or legal decisions.
6. Third-party services
ANVIL integrates with third-party services (Gmail, Google Maps, RentCast, etc.). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We’re not responsible for third-party service outages or errors.
7. No warranty
ANVIL is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. During private alpha the service may be unstable, have bugs, or be unavailable. We make no promises about specific performance or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to ANVIL is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the 12 months before the claim (currently $0 during alpha). We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Termination
You may stop using ANVIL and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
